Availability of adequate infrastructure and physical facilities viz., classrooms, laboratories, ICT facilities, cultural activities, gymnasium, yoga centre etc. in the institution

The infrastructure is created and maintained by the state government and its organization. In the present set up the institution has a time table including the arrangement for class rooms as per the requirements of the curriculum. B.Sc groups. (Biology, Zoology, Botany ,computer science ) conduct their classes in the morning and the other departments B.A. groups Hindi , English ,Sanskrit ,political science ,sociology ,economics ,mathematics  are functional in day time. According to the requirement of the classrooms for all the programmers functional in the institution we are having insufficient infrastructure and physical facilities i.e. class rooms, laboratories, ICT, library, common room, etc. Apart from the infrastructural requirements for teaching- learning other facilities are also available in the department of Chemistry, Physics, Botany, Zoology, Computer Science etc.  The department of computer science has sufficient number computer for the students and it future requires improvement.

            They also available library reading room facilities. The whole building of the institution is under the CCTV surveillance for safety purpose. There is required arrangement of fire extinguisher for the safety of the institution.

Staff Room – Each department has its own staff room. There is one, staff room which basic facilities.

Sports: - There is a big size sports ground which is used for the sports like cricket, football, kho-kho, kabaddi etc. There is a separate space for yoga purposes in the ground. The students apart from being busy in their varied curricular tasks and semester, internal evaluations also take out time to participate in various sports and other extracurricular activities. They participate; in various inter university State level and national level sports activities in janjgir, Bilaspur, Raipur, etc.
