The Situation From 1989 in Malkharoda in this College Students both boys and girls come from all the nearby areas including town and village. It puts almost all the efforts to respects and promote the constitutional morality and equality as per the law. The genders male and female are equal and not to discriminate on the any basis. This College works on holistic approach and not in any decimation. Institution has certain committees especially constituted for looking after these areas of Gender sensitivity like gender sensitivity and Gender Champion Committee, Committee Against sexual Offences, Girls common Room. All the related committees conduct students and teachers. Their Solution of female teaching and non-teaching staff are also received in order to enhance the environment of the institution on this respect.
The institution has provided several specific facilities for girl’s students as follows:-
(a) Safety & Security: -
1. Entry in the college is allowed only with valid ID card.
2. CCTV cameras are installed at sensitive locations like main gate, corridors, class rooms, gardens, playground etc.
3. The college constitutes the Anti-Ragging committee, Committee against Sexual Harassment, Disciplinary Action Committee & Help to look after any gender related affairs.
4. Helpline numbers are displayed in the campus and girls common rooms.
5. Basic primary medical support facilities like First aid Box.
6. Notification regarding acts of action against sexual harassment and code of conduct etc. are displayed at the college campus.
7. The girls are specially trained in judo karate and yoga for their round development.
(b) Counselling:-
1. Orientation program is organized in the beginning of session to inform about the various facilities available in the college and functioning of different college committees.
2. Apart from gender issue, any other types of counselling needed are provided by Mentor- mentee.
3. Various programs are organized throughout the year on legal awareness, cyber security, Women safety and Empowerment etc.
(c) Common Rooms:-
1. There is 01 girl’s common room with basic facilities.
2. There is a Facility of sanitary pad arrange by institution for girls in urgently.

The college helps students to relate with the cultural heritage and connect them with their roots, by inculcating the importance of protection preservation and propagation of Indian culture. It also actively participates in maximum celebrated days and dates of national and international importance.
Institute pays tribute to all the national heroes on their birth and anniversaries. The event is followed either by lectures, rallies or the competition like elocution, singing, poster making and rangoli etc. The college organizes activities on these days of national importance to recall the events and contributions of our leaders in building the nation and imbibe moral and ethical behavior of students in their professional and personal lives.
